Course Details
Our combo course allows students to complete RSA and RCG in one day!
The combo course offers students a reduced rate of $30. No other promotions or discounts are applicable to this offer.
This RSA RCG course offers students the opportunity to get all their certification completed in one day. To work in any licenced venue which has alcohol or gambling facilities, these two RSA & RCG certificates are a manditory requirement.
Refresher training is required every 5 years and is only available through Liquor & Gaming NSW.
The RSA RCG certificates are mandatory if working in a venue where alcohol is sold / served or gambling facilities are available, including:
- Bar staff
- Bottle shop attendants
- Casino workers
- TAB workers
- Gaming Room staff
- Licensees
- Managers
If students successfully complete this one day RSA RCG course, they will be able to apply for a NSW competency certificate.
This RSA RCG course is delivered by TCP Training.

How to enrol
To enrol into this course, follow these simple steps:
- Select a date from the course timetable on this page.
- Complete your personal details on the enrolment form.
- Make payment using credit or debit card.
- Receive email with confirmation of booking.
*Note: we do not hold seats for students until payment is made.
Pre-requisites
Students are required to be able to complete RSA RCG course assessments in English. The course includes videos, photos, and questioning to assist all learners during the program. If you would like to bring a translator with you or have other learning needs due to your Language, Literacy or Numeracy skills, please contact our office on 02 9232 1010 prior to enrolling into this course.
Training Program
This program offer students to complete all their training and assessments in one day. It is a long day but for those who need their RSA and RCG certificates completed in a short time frame, this is an option. The classroom session for both programs is 13.5hrs long, including breaks. The course will include all the topics related to RSA & RCG:
RSA RCG courses are conducted on Tuesdays and Thursdays in our Sydney training centre.

Assessment
Students are assessed in the classroom to confirm knowledge and skills have been achieved. RSA RCG course students have multiple opportunities to complete assessments throughout the session.
Certification
Students who are assessed as competent will be issued a nationally recognised Statement of Attainment for SITHFAB021 Provide responsible service of alcohol and SITHGAM022 Provide responsible gambling services.
This RSA RCG course is delivered by TCP Training with certificates issued by TCP Training (RTOID:91118).
Once all RSA RCG tasks and assessments are completed, certificates will be emailed to the student.
In addition to the Statement of Attainments issued, students will be emailed an interim certificate from Liquor & Gaming NSW. With this certificate, students can work for up to 90 days and within this time apply for the RSA RCG competency cards. Students must visit a Service NSW office to apply for the competency card.
Please note, RCG interim certificate will only be issued after students have completed an additional online course emailed to them by Liquor and Gaming NSW.
