How to make the "Seagulls" Coffee Design
We thought we would give you the instructions to make one of the classic coffee art designs seen around coffee shops in Sydney. Easy to make yet elegant, the Seagulls design is a great place to start for the coffee art novice!
Here is how to create the "Seagulls" coffee design:
- Create a Brown Base
- Make three parallel lines of foam
- Place two small dots of foam, one on each side of the lines right next to the rim of the glass
- Place skewer deep into a dot
- Following the contour of the glass drag a skewer through to the other dot and repeat in reverse two more times
- Rotate skewer around the rim of the glass several times to create a border
